Things I Could Do Without
I follow an extremely home-to-office-and-back lifestyle; not the typical "outside" person. And it's certainly not because of any kind of curfew regime; it's a matter of choice. I cherish my time at home—it could be with books, music, television, the internet (not much of a browser), friends, family, you name it! Don't get me wrong though; I do have my ecstatic moments outdoor as well, and I live it queen-size!
This morning, as I bolted down the flight of stairs in our apartment to where my car was parked in the driveway; I had to sprint right back to get me a pail and a scrub! What a way to begin the day—the pigeons had deposited their slimy, smelly, yucky poo on the car. As it is, it's absolute mayhem every morning, and now this. Argh! Had anything slid by me back then, it would have gone down in ashes; I was furious! Muttering and cursing, I hurled mug-fulls of water on the car, scrubbing and wiping any traces of the poo. The experience was irritable and annoying, but the job was done. I just hope against hopes this doesn't turn out into an everyday agenda.
